  • How long will the inspection take?

    The inspection typically takes around 40 to 60 minutes, depending on the size and condition of your home. John will take the time to thoroughly assess all the key areas and answer any questions you may have during the process.

  • Do I need to prepare anything for the inspection?

    There’s no need to prepare anything. However, it helps if you can point out any areas of concern you've noticed, such as cracks, damp, or drainage issues. This will allow John to address them specifically during the inspection.

  • Will I receive a quote after the inspection?

    Yes! After the inspection, you will receive a detailed, no-obligation quote for any recommended repairs or maintenance. John will also provide advice on smaller tasks you may be able to handle yourself to save on costs.
